Clients must provide accurate and necessary information required to complete their projects. Any delays caused by a lack of communication or incomplete details from the client may result in project delays or additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Brandboreal retains the rights to all preliminary designs, drafts, and concepts.

Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Brandboreal reserves the right to use completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brandboreal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume responsibility for the outcomes of using our branding and marketing solutions.

7. Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed upon in the service contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra fees.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information exchanged during the project. However, Brandboreal may showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless an NDA is signed.

9. Termination of Services

Brandboreal reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client fails to comply with these Terms, engages in unethical business practices, or fails to provide timely payments.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Finland, where Brandboreal operates.
